I have noticed that I don't get colds, the flu, covid, or any other sickness. I also don't get constipated and I am not hungry all the time, so al to f the ingredients do curb your appetite. I also feel like I have a lot of energy and my recent physical shows that everything is within range for a healthy 50-year-old male. I suggest you try it and see how good you feel each day after juicing for a month or two.
Besides juicing to stay healthy I also walk at least 10 miles each week, eat only a salad for dinner, and try not to eat anything after 6 pm so my body has at least 12 hours without any food digesting before breakfast. It takes a lot of dedication to keep this routine up.
