Description

New from E3D is the RapidChange Revo™ ecosystem of hotends and nozzles. With three new configurations to choose from, the Revo™ makes upgrading your hotend and changing nozzles easier than ever.

With the Revo™ Micro, Six, and Hemera, users are upgraded to the improved Revo™ HeaterCore - a combination heating and sensing technology that warms up faster than a traditional aluminum heater block. In addition, the new HeaterCore is equipped with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) which means the HeaterCore can’t melt at extreme temperatures, reducing hazards in the event of a thermal runaway.

Add to that the redesign of the new nozzles; they’re color-coded for easy visual reference for nozzle size, and they require NO TOOLS to change and can be swapped at room temperature for even more convenience.

One additional benefit to the Revo™ Six - it fits wherever an E3D v6 would, which eliminates the need for new mounting brackets or modified extruder configurations - just swap it in and get back to 3D printing.

If you’ve already upgraded to the Hemera extruder, you can get a RapidChange Revo™ upgrade kit. This way you won’t have to completely change out your new configuration just to take advantage of the Revo™ ecosystem.

Additional nozzle configurations are coming soon that will enable users to 3D print with more advanced filament like NylonX and NylonG. Check back often for new upgrades!
