Readers often ask me what is in my fridge and pantry. Well here ya go. Keep in mind, I create recipes for a living so I have to have a lot of condiments, spic es, etc. Things also change with the seasons. We are gardeners and we grow a lot of veggies. We also have another fridge in the basement and a lot of the meat is in the freezer there. I have a few cases of wine in the basement. Not much rare and expensive, just par stock for day to day and parties, average price under $15. I also have a well stocked bar with one each of many premium liquors and several liqueurs. But this gives you a sense of how tummy centric I am.
