Rode Lavalier Go Vs Rode Smart Lav Plus - Which one do you prefer?

In this follow up video to my initial review fo the rode wireless Go I test out the new Rode Lavalier Go microphone on my Canon EOS R.

I have been using the wireless go for nearly six months now and up until now I had used it with the Rode SmartLav + and the SCR adaptor.

When Rode introduced this new microphone as the perfect lapel accessory to use with the wireless GO kit, I thought I would give it a GO.

You can hear the difference in audio in this recording as I demonstrate both microphones for you. The audio is unprocessed and has no audio effects so you can hear how they sound right out of the box.

If you are interested in hearing the potential of these microphones I include a bonus section at the end where I apply some basic effects to improve the sound of the audio.
