00:00:00 Intro
00:05:51 Ruth @kidsinventstuff - Will you use any reinforcements?
00:09:01 Uncle Jessy @UncleJessy - How hard is it to take bricks apart?
00:11:09 Amie from Lego Masters @AmieDD - Of all the Lego sets why pick a gray castle?
00:15:50 Joel Telling @3dprintingnerd - Where is the castle going to go when you're done?
00:19:23 James @hacksmith - Can we make a lego brick out of steel using the @meltio 3D Printer?
00:21:47 Zack @JerryRigEverything - Why do prints look different from CAD sometimes, how do you avoid that and how much filament have you wasted in testing?
00:24:10 Josef Prusa @prusa3d - What is a feature you would like to see on one of our printers or slicer that you believe could make things even easier for you on this project?
00:27:59 Ellis Ware @elliswhere - What’s the one thing you wish people would understand about how big a project this is but can never truly convey?
00:30:14 Ivan Miranda @ivanmirandawastaken - Will the drawbridge work?
00:33:51 CNC Stefan @CNCKitchen - Did you optimize printer settings to maximize speed, quality, and strength?
00:34:51 Pooch @repkord - Do you know why blocks have the extra face on just one side of alignment peg?
00:39:26 Colin Furze @colinfurze - What’s the one thing you didn't expect to be quite so difficult?
00:41:55 Hendrick @hen3drik - Can we electroplate some parts?
00:44:02 Jon @properprinting - Are you brave enough to climb the tallest tower?
00:45:56 Evan and Katelyn @EvanAndKatelyn - Are you going to test the strength of each block and be brave enough to climb to the top of it?
00:47:07 Daniel @WaterjetChannel - How many printed parts will it be?
00:50:03 Andrew @AndrewSink - Have you considered making a lattice structure brick? Artistic bricks?
00:52:21 Kiara’s @KiarasWorkshop - Where is your giant LEGO catapult to defend it? How strong is the structure and the floor? What happens if you walk on the floor? What happens if a projectile hits it?
00:54:31 Jay @PlasmaChannel - Can we make a plasma Lego brick?
00:56:10 Bob @Iliketomakestuff - How much to do a custom shield? Are you going to model the horses?
00:57:55 Mikolas @prusa3d - What’s one thing you've learned about 3D printing so far?
00:59:15 Bill @punishedprops Collab - Stop by and finish one of your bricks or lego props professionally?
01:01:35 Jake @CADclassOfficial - Do you need to make a lot of notes and drawings first or do you just dive right into CAD modeling?

@Glitter_Life-420 - Would it not have been easier/faster switching out to a 0.7mm or larger nozzle?
@John-m3e7w - Why wouldn't you just have it as a big green plate that you just snapped together all of the pieces instead of just tiny flat pieces that snap together why not just green plate pieces that snap together why not just green plate pieces that snap together?
@probablyaparent - You touched upon why it's more economical to print upside down, but it would be fun to know as close to approximate on average how long it takes to print one 1x1 brick + stud and extrapolate out the rough time for printing a castle. I know there's a lot of variables for the size and shape as you add the details, but for us math nerds and retired engineers, it's a lot fun to guess.
@gracebohler4380 - Wondering how solid the prints are. Curious as to how well a person's weight will be supported. Very impressive so far!
Excited for more!

@sweeterstuff - I've been wondering since I saw the video: How do you decide the thickness of the plastic? Because there has to be some risk vs reward taking it into account, saving money on plastic and print time or risking durability. Did you "beta-test" for it?
I'm really excited to see how it turns out, as I've always really wanted to build a giant fort out of lego analogues like this, especially after seeing Half-asleep Chris* "Boxingham Palace" he built for his cats.
One last question: Do you ever plan on selling these to children's museums or allowing people to tour the finished building? I'd buy a ticket!
