Grilled Stout Sausage Stuffing by @cory_in_the_kitchen will definitely be on the Thanksgiving menu ????
1. Cook 1 lb Sausage using the Side Burner, set aside.
2. Melt 1/2 cup Butter, add 3 diced Celery Stalk and 1 diced Leek. Cook 8-10 minutes.
3. Add:
- 12 oz Stout Beer
- 2 tbsp Chopped Sage
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 2 Eggs
4. Pre-heat your @charbroilgrills Commercial Series 4-Burner Gas Grills to 350f, using 1-Burner.
5. Stir, add 1 lb Cooked Sausage, Salt & Pepper and 10oz Dried Bread Cubes.
6. Mix and bake for 40 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
