Grilled Pepperoni Pizza | Char-Broil®

This is one of those food holidays @blackdog_bbq definitely wasn’t missing out on.
He cooked this pie using our Pizza Oven Accessory.

Here’s how it went down:
-preheat pizza oven to 425 degrees-roll out a pre-made pizza dough from the store. Roll up the edges like I did for a thick crust (or skip this step if preferred)-add the pizza dough to the pizza attachment for a couple minutes until it firms up-remove the pizza dough and top with marinara sauce, Mozarella cheese, pepperoni, and basil-brush the crust with olive oil -return the pizza to the grill and cook until the dough is cooked through and the cheese has melted-slice up the pie and top with hot honey if desired. Serve & enjoy!
