Join Brandyn Baker as he creates his Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Spicy Korean Slaw and Kimchi. Starting with 2 kinds of cabbage, onions and carrots for texture, he adds jalapenos and ginger to bring some sweet heat to the mixture and a sweet Dijon, pepper sate dressing brings it all together. After lightly seasoning the chicken thighs with salt and Chinese five spice, Brandyn gives them a quick sear and finishes them with melty cheese. With a generous scoop of kimchi underneath and spicy Korean slaw on top, this sandwich is satisfying on so many levels.
