Description
Seasoned only with salt and grilled the way the gauchos do, our Grilled Brazilian Picanha' Steak is skewered with that luscious band of fat encircling the meat to make it juicy and oh-so-tender. Traditionally cooked over an open flame, our steak gets its charred and fiery flavor using the reverse-sear method on a gas grill. Then, we cut the steaks against the grain into thin slices and topped them with Chimichurri.
