Pros:

Simple to use and setup.
Able to capture a wide variety of devices.
4K 144Hz capture capability.
HDR10 capture capability.
Great Elgato software but also works with alternatives.

Cons:

Only 1 HDMI 2.1 cable included.
Included cables are too short and could limit placement in certain setups.
Can be temperamental with third party cables.
