Does Windows 11 Still Suck for Laptops?

Windows 11 brought problems for everyone but Windows 11 on laptops had slow performance, bad battery life versus Windows 10. A lot of those Windows 11 problems started when the Windows Update was used. But now, a few months later and after a lot of Windows 11 updates, does it still suck for laptops.
