Does The RTX 3060 Even Make SENSE?

NVIDIA announced the SUPER AFFORDABLE RTX 3060 graphics card, but will we even be able to buy one, and will retailers actually sell it for that price of $329 USD? Based on previous launches as of late, it doesn't seem like it, and when it comes to AIB custom designs, it doesn't look that exciting, does it?
