Buttery Garlic Steak Kabobs | Char-Broil®

You HAVE to try these buttery garlic steak kabobs this summer made by @firehousegrub
* 1 cubed onion
* 1 cubed bell pepper into 1-2” pieces
* 16 oz package of white mushrooms
* Steak of choice cubed into 1-2” pieces
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tbs minced garlic
* 2 tbs chopped green onion
* 4 tbs melted butter
* Pepper to taste
1. Combine steak, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in a bag or bowl. Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce into bowl. Season with pepper. Stir everything to combine. Let marinade for a few hours if possible.
2. Preheat grill. While grill is heating, assemble kabobs on skewers.
3. While kabobs are cooking, combine melted butter, garlic, and green onion.
4. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side and flip. After flipping the kabobs once brush with butter mixture. Continue to cook and flip after another 3-4 minutes. Brush other side with butter mixture. Continue to cook for another few minutes and flip. Keep grilling and flipping until done to desired doneness.
