Birch Restaurant in Milwaukee

I had dinner at Birch Restaurant, 459 E. Pleasant St., Milwaukee, WI https://birchonpleasant.com last week and oh my does Chef Kyle Knall and his team have it going. I got to sit at the pass and the brigade is highly organized. But the real show was the wood fired grill where they cook almost everything.
